These Terms govern the use of the suelosfund.com website and the inquiries submitted to Suelosfund Vivienda Andina S.A.S. By using the site you accept these conditions. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador and do not constitute a public offering.
1. Website owner
Suelosfund Vivienda Andina S.A.S., Tax ID 1793178456001, incorporated in 2021, with registered address in Quito, Ecuador. Pichincha Mercantile Registry No. 2021-QUI-4471.
2. Nature of the program
Suelosfund offers a private participation program in housing projects in Ecuador. It is not a government program, and is not sponsored by MIDUVI, BIESS or any public entity. The information published on the site does not constitute personalized financial advice.
3. Free consultation
Submitting the form starts a free consultation without commitment. Submitting the form alone does not create obligations for Suelosfund nor an automatic right to participate in any project.
4. Participation requirements
Participation is subject to signing project-specific contracts, identity verification, compliance with anti-money laundering regulations (UAFE) and internal approval. Suelosfund may reject requests without stating cause.
5. Risks
Participation involves risks: construction delays, market variations, regulatory changes and partial or total loss of contributed capital. Distributions depend on each project’s progress and are not guaranteed. Past results do not ensure future results.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, brands, logos and graphic elements of the site are property of Suelosfund. Commercial use is prohibited without written authorization.
7. Links to third parties
The site may contain external links for informational purposes. Suelosfund does not control or respond for the content of such sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ecuadorian law, Suelosfund shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from the use of the site, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after modification implies acceptance.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Metropolitan District of Quito, waiving any other venue.
