At Suelosfund Vivienda Andina S.A.S. (“Suelosfund”, “we”) we treat your personal data seriously and in compliance with Ecuador’s Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP), its Regulations and the international best practices applicable in 2026. This policy describes what data we collect when you visit suelosfund.com, why we process it and which rights you can exercise over it.
1. Data controller

2. Data we process
We collect only what is necessary: (i) name, email and message you send through the consultation form; (ii) basic technical data (truncated IP address, device type, browser language) when your consent allows it; (iii) cookie preferences. We do not request national ID, banking data or sensitive information from the website.
3. Legal basis and purposes
We process your data based on your express consent (Art. 7 LOPDP) to reply to your inquiry and share program information. Technical, analytics and advertising data are only processed when you grant consent through the cookie banner (Consent Mode v2). We never sell your data.
4. Recipients
We may share information with contracted providers under confidentiality agreements: cloud hosting (South American data centers), transactional email, Google measurement tools (Google Ads and GA4, subject to cookie consent). Such providers act as data processors.
5. International transfers
When you enable third-party cookies, some technical data may be processed in data centers outside Ecuador. We apply standard contractual clauses, pseudonymization and data redaction (ads_data_redaction) to reduce the associated risk.
6. Retention period
We keep your inquiry for 24 months or until you request its deletion. Accounting and legal records are retained according to Ecuadorian regulations (minimum 7 years).
7. Rights you can exercise
You have the right of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability and not to be subject to automated decisions. To exercise them please write to privacidad@suelosfund.com attaching a valid ID. We respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
8. Security
We apply TLS 1.3 encryption for the site, AES-256 encryption at rest for our databases, role-based access control and event auditing. Security tests are performed at least twice a year.
9. Minors
The site is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly process children’s data. If you detect such a case, please write to us and we will delete the information.
10. Supervisory authority
You may file a complaint with the Ecuadorian Personal Data Protection Superintendence if you believe your rights have been infringed.
11. Changes to this policy
We will publish any update here indicating the date. If the change materially affects the processing of your data, we will notify you by email.
