Cookie Policy
Last updated: January 8, 2026
This Policy describes how suelosfund.com uses cookies and similar technologies, and how we apply Google Consent Mode v2 to respect your decisions from your very first visit.
1. What are cookies?
Small text files that the browser stores when visiting a website. They help us remember preferences, improve performance and measure site usage.
2. Cookies we use
(a) Strictly necessary: session, language and security, always active. (b) Analytics: allow us to understand aggregate site usage (analytics_storage). (c) Advertising: campaign measurement and remarketing with Google Ads (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization). (d) Personalization: remember preferences (personalization_storage).
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We load Google tags with every consent category defaulting to “denied”, activating only functionality_storage and security_storage as required by the 2026 privacy guidelines. When you accept or manage cookies, we call gtag('consent','update', ...) with your options and push the event cookie_consent_update to dataLayer. We also apply ads_data_redaction=true and url_passthrough=true.
4. Third-party cookies
When you accept analytics or advertising, Google may set cookies such as _ga, _gid, _gcl_au or NID. No third-party cookie is set before your consent.
5. Duration
Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies last up to 13 months; Google advertising identifiers respect the maximum limits defined by the platform.
6. How to change your preferences
You can reopen the preferences panel from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. You may also clear cookies from your browser to see the banner again on your next visit.
